    Tokens

    Tokens, which refers to the duration that compute nodes are available for use, are allocated for the supercomputer systems based on the course of use and the number of sets that the user has applied for. There are no restrictions to the number of sets that can be used within the constraints of the allocated tokens (with the exception of some courses and services), and batch jobs can be executed up to the maximum number of nodes that can be used.

    There are certain precautions that should be taken when using tokens, so please see the precautions for using tokens below. For more information about tokens, please see the Tokens (Miyabi),Tokens (Wisteria/BDEC-01) page, which contain explanations and FAQs about tokens.
    Please note that the following restrictions apply to trial use.

    • Additional tokens can be purchased for a maximum of 12 months worth, including the token granted at the time of application.
    • Tokens will not be transferred when you transfer to general use.(Includes transfer from free trial to paid trial)
    • Tokens cannot be transferred to other computer systems.

    Notes on using tokens

    • A token is consumed each time a batch job is executed.
    • The token consumption is calculated as follows.
      　[Lapsed time] × [No. of nodes or GPUs or MIG instances] × [Consumption coefficient]
    • There is no guarantee that the full amount of tokens will be available within the authorized usage period.
