Corporate Use (General)
The Information Technology Center, the University of Tokyo provides a part of the Miyabi and Wisteria/BDEC-01 Supercomputer System (less than 10% of all resources) to corporations at a charge while also considering the training of users, as a part of its social contribution program.
Corporate use does not simply take on the burden of the computing demands of corporations under this system, but supports themes that meet the following criteria:
- (1) Contribute to the future development of science and technology.
- (2) Contribute to the development of the field of large-scale, high-performance parallel computing.
- (3) Contribute to innovation through large-scale, high-performance parallel computing.

Report on results
The Corporate Use (General) and the Corporate Use (Trial) have two types of systems: those that disclose results and those that do not. For both types, submission of a report on the results of use is required within one month after the end of the usage period. It is possible to postpone the release of the report for up to two years at the request of the corporation using the program for the type of results that are to be disclosed to the public. In the type that does not disclose results, only the number of applications will be disclosed, and no report, theme, or corporate name will be disclosed.
